Seasonal workouts with skiing and snowboarding

Mansfield, Ohio – There are many winter exercise methods, and one season favorite skiing and skateboarding.

Nate Wolleson from Snowy Path in Mansfield, Ohio, explains how to get outside skiing and snowboarding to be a great way to move and fit in the winter.

Even as a beginner, you can still be on the slopes.

“It’s really a whole body exercise, and you even carry heavy equipment,” Wolleson said.

Despite the cold weather, Wolleson said many skiiers find they’re able to stay warm while out on the slopes from the physical activity.

“You don’t want to have too much on, you want to dress to the proper temperature outside in layers,” Wolleson said.
